Sick ISIS militants draw up secret plan for world domination


A LEAKED document shows how death cult ISIS has been building a full-scale state as the first step in its plans for world domination.

It also lays bear their plans to recruit and train CHILDREN to be in the frontline.

The 24-page file shows how ISIS planned government departments and a plan to be self-sufficient economically in its stronghold of northern Iraq and northern Syria.

It is much more detailed than anything ever produced by al-Qaida or the Taliban and shows ISIS – also known as Daesh – is the most advanced and terrifying jihadi army ever created.

Aymenn al-Tamimi, an academic who helped to obtain the document, said: "Isis is a project that strives to govern. It's not just a case of their sole end being endless battle."

The ISIS manual has been revealed as British Tornado bombers have temporarily halted their bombing of jihadi targets in the Syrian oilfields.

What the document shows is that although their state is built on fear and brutal violence, it also has strong foundations and they have enough cunning to survive despite sanctions from the West, Russia and most Middle Eastern countries.

The organisation's boss, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, declared a "caliphate" in June 2014 and a few weeks later this document was published, although it has taken 18 months to fall into western hands.

In the manual Isis bosses talk about building separate training camps for regular troops and veteran fighters.

It suggests its veterans should go on a fortnight’s refresher course each year to receive instruction in the "latest arts of using weapons, military planning and military technologies".
