The worst thing about the bacteria that are immune to everything, is that they can swap genes with other non-related bacteria, so the immunity spreads across species.
On the other hand, if antibiotics become useless, they will stop using them, and the immune genes will dwindle as soon as they stop.
If they outlawed animal use now, that process could begin now, and it would dramatically affect the proliferation of immunity genes.
