I assume that if he can't get the indictment thrown out, he'll have to stand trial.
That would definitely scupper his chances of a run for president.
There's an awful lot riding on a motion to dismiss.
Can a judge throw out an indictment from a grand jury? And does it happen often?
I dunno the system.
It's funny, Perry calling the indictment political, when his use of the veto stinks of crooked politics.
I wonder if they can fund the investigation that he tried to stop from other funds?
Could he veto that as well I wonder?
