The world is run by multi-nationals and the global elite are multi-nationalists. A weaker America may induce more investments in arms elsewhere therefore boosting the global economy. You can see the logic since it is a mans mans world running on bollocks and gnus, a fractal enlargement of any city slum ghetto. Leading mafia are progressives, mixed race, hybrid vigour, and they don't care for the nation state - they want a global one. 
What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?
