I gave the Focusrite to my daughter and picked my upgrade (Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6) on the basis that it came with a massive free software package.

This is the best thing I've bought for myself in a long time. What an outstanding combination of technology: the solo, bias fx 2, and cakewalk. I'm going to get lost in this stuff on a regular basis, until the depression makes us all homeless anyway.
