A number of the tracks in the Beatles' Red hit collection were converted from mono to stereo.
This apparently was the result first of the Peter Jackson documentary ( 8 hours or so) working with mono sound.

Cut to 2021, and the release of “The Beatles: Get Back” docuseries, directed by Peter Jackson, which astonished viewers with its award-winning film and audio restoration. Using WingNut Films’ MAL audio technology, Jackson’s team had de-mixed the film’s mono soundtrack, managing to isolate instruments and vocals, and all the individual voices within The Beatles’ conversations. This achievement opened the way to 2022’s new mix of Revolver, sourced directly from the four-track master tapes.

Anyway, four songs including She Loves You are now in stereo. Downloads Nov 1, discs and LPs later.

Added: Using MAL, the machine learning system developed by Peter Jackson et al they have separated out the individual tracks from the original recordings.
The same tech was used to remix the mono drum tracks into stereo on Revolver Super Deluxe last year.
Using this system you can separate out rhythm guitar, electric lead guitar, bass, drums, piano and vocals (among other things) from a mono recording with original ambience preserved.

The technology is pretty amazing. John composed the song (vocal and chords), and Paul is heard playing John's piano part. All they extracted from the cassette was John's voice. It was rather poor, so it had all kinds of treatment. Now it is completely in tune. There are old songs that will be fixed. Two versions of Please Please Me. They have the same backing tack, but only the mono is the vocal we all remember. John fluffs a few words in the stereo. This will be fixed. Also the stereo of She Loves You was made from the mono.

“It felt so wrong to have a Beatles song all to myself,” Jackson told the Sunday Times. “With the world in the state it is, we need the Beatles to appear again, as if a flying saucer has touched down and they’ve got off and are providing us with their one last song to cheer us up.”

The Beatles released a making-of video last week delving into the production of Now and Then. McCartney, in the video, expresses his doubts about making full songs out of Lennon’s demos, out of respect for the late songwriter’s unfinished work.
