I'm not sure I've even heard that song all the way through. I definitely don't remember that part.Ian wrote:I thought the lyric really was "electric boobs"!hadespussercats wrote:she's got electric boobs... her mom has too... :twisted:Bella Fortuna wrote:Electric boots! I never listen to it either. Probably explains why I never deduced that he was singing "boots".

I was spared many bad lyrics before I knew well. But my expectatiins were not high.
Start Me Up is fine. Now U2 songs...only the early albums had ok lyrics.

I was tripping like mad and smoking black Pakistani hash laced with opium the first time I hear the "Good-bye Yellow Brick Road" album. I got an entirely wrong impression of "Brown Dirt Cowboy".Kristie wrote:I only recognize the last line.Gawdzilla Sama wrote:"She's got electric boots,

Yeah, it's obvious enough, but it's more pointed if you know the Gangnam area of Seoul and its reputation. The reference to coffee early on, for example, is a dig at people who go to high-priced coffee shops in Gangnam just to be seen and assumed to be a coffee connoissuer, but who in fact are clueless about coffee. There are more references that may be lost on some people, but the idea gets through, anyway.
