The Red Hot Chilli Peppers .I don't know why but I hate them ..Maybe it is their completely unwarranted popularity I hate .

I went to see them a long long time ago when they still considered themselves a white funk/rock band. I've never got why they were so popular, but I met them and they were nice enough guys.

Yeah, Fruscante is an incredibly talented guitarist outside of RHCP, but I wouldn't say they were particularly inventive, or good. To me they are like Coldplay, they exist, they don't annoy me but I couldn't care less if they released any more music.

As for Garry Puckett and the Union Gap. That song sounds like something Ian Brady might have written. I mean it's not "Does your Mother Know" territory it's "My love for you is WAY out of line, you better RUN girl." WTF?
