Music For A Death Party
This is for the Belgrano lads who got stabbed in the back by Maggie's thumbs up.

What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?

No need to dance on their graves like she did though? War is hell and all that.Cormac wrote:Legitimate target. War is hell and all that.

Well, I guess the Arggies shouldn't have started the war then, eh?Scrumple wrote:No need to dance on their graves like she did though? War is hell and all that.Cormac wrote:Legitimate target. War is hell and all that.

Like they knew there'd be a war when choosing between joining up and starving on the streets?Gawdzilla Sama wrote:Well, I guess the Arggies shouldn't have started the war then, eh?Scrumple wrote:No need to dance on their graves like she did though? I was referring to the government. However, you'll notice that there is footage of them dancing in those same streets when they thought they'd won?Scrumple wrote:Like they knew there'd be a war when choosing between joining up and starving on the streets?Gawdzilla Sama wrote:Well, I guess the Arggies shouldn't have started the war then, eh?Scrumple wrote:No need to dance on their graves like she did though? Agree to disagree. She was still a loud vexatious woman who looked better from your end than close too.Gawdzilla Sama wrote:I was referring to the government. Apples and oranges. Whether Maggie's reaction was appropriate or not, the Arggies were no angels and did, in point of fact, start the war, so I have no sympathy for them.

The poverty angle doesn't work with me either. Lots of poor countries don't try to divert attention away from their internal problems by starting wars. That's just a good way to make matters worse, as the then-extant Arggie government discovered.
