CNN
The House passed what advocates call the most significant gun control measure in more than two decades on Wednesday when it approved the first of two bills aimed at broadening the federal background check system for firearms purchases.

Should it pass the senate, Trump will veto it.

A brawl broke out at a Chinese buffet in Alabama when some customers were thought to be cutting in line for the crab, and others taking more than their fair share. People were hurt. Luckily no one was shot. Everyone stuck to gentlemen's rules and grabbed a pair of tongs or ladle.

I never been to an Alabama Chinese buffet, bet it's some tasty stuff. I did go to TGI Fridays in Dothan on a Friday night. It's the Hot Spot for trendy Dothan millennials.

What the...

Utah legislature passes bill legalizing sex outside of marriage
https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watc ... f-marriage

Surely this must mean that Utah probably has by far the most lawbreakers per capita out of all US states? :ask:

technically not, joining the 20thc would have entailed repealing any and all legislation making unmarried sex illegal... though I myslelf am not sure repealing adultery legislation is such a good idea, there should be legal support for people living in an actual marriage, and people flouting that contract ought to be punished to some extent.

The military does not have a budget, just a credit card.

I was wondering the same thing. How much should they be spending on lobster? How much of this is 4.6M as a percentage of the overall food budget?

Why should the military buy any lobsters? Swredish meatballs, mashed potatoes and a few carrots.

It's all part of the Big Fish's nefarious plot to manipulate the lobster market and convince ordinary people that spending $40 on a bottom feeding crustacean is a good idea.

Question is how many servings were that? (How many people had how many meals from that)
