Angela Merkel. Who ever does it the Greeks will get the blame. This will cause the EU to have thousands of meeting were they will talk and talk and drone on and on and on. All this talking and droning and no action will piss off the Merkins. Who will bomb the fuck out of both sides just to be sure and 'accidentally' bomb France as well because why not.
